Welcome to our Practice website
We are an independent Primary Care Medical Practice, contracting to NHS Grampian to provide Primary Care to our c.12,500 patient list. We aim to provide an effective, efficient and fair health care service to all our patients by:
- Putting our patients at the centre of what we do.
- Having a professional integrated primary healthcare team who are suitably qualified and trained.
- Offering our services in a safe, supportive and suitably equipped environment.

This website will continue to evolve in order to help our patients manage their health and well-being with access to local services in our area, as well as providing information about the Practice, and signposting you to the service you need. We welcome any comments or suggestions you may have.
Clinical Triage
We are a high performing and forward looking Practice. We are constantly monitoring the dynamics of today’s exacting requirements of Primary Care, and are constantly evolving in order to meet this demand. The charts below reflect the exponential increase in demand, Post Covid era, and how we have managed this demand in relation to our clinical availability.
Results. Once your results are in the clinicians will decide upon whether you need to schedule a review appointment. You can request a copy of your results by using our Subject Access Request form.
Change of contact details. Please let us know if your contact details: address, telephone numbers, email addresses etc, change so that we may have the most up to date information for contacting you.
