Please help us
If you are not able to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that the time can be used for someone else. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to re-book.
Late opening hours
The Practice currently offers pre-bookable early evening appointments from 18:00 each Tuesday. These appointments can be requested by contacting the Practice.
Urgent appointments
If you feel that your problem is urgent, we will always do our best to fit you in to see a doctor on the same day. The Clinical Administrator may put you in touch with the Duty GP, or an alternative clinician, so that an initial assessment of your condition can be carried out prior to agreeing the most appropriate action.
Telephone access
Doctors are available for telephone advice. If the doctor is busy, the Clinical Administrator will take your details and ask the doctor to return your call.
