Making contact
- It can take a few days for your results to come back to the Medical Practice. It may take a further two weeks before your result is ready to be actioned by our clinicians as they prioritise urgent results.
- Call after 14:00 Mon to Fri – we have a heavy volume of daily calls and this is the time allocated.
- Clinical Administrators may only relay results as directed by the clinician. They cannot answer subsequent clinical questions requiring clinical opinion.
- Consent is required, by law, to divulge information to third parties.
