Who would have thought that we could have surpassed last week’s all time three-year record of patient consults in a week?…………….. But we did! Thanks for reading.

What an exceptional week this turned out to be. We were down two clinicians and yet still managed to produce an all-time three-year record of patient consultations. 1,913 patients this week.

01 May 2023 saw the first of two four-day weeks – and we did much better than anticipated and once again surpassed the previous two years’ patient contacts.

Another challenging, but successful week where we continued to surpass the previous two years’ patient consults. Please see the update below:

It was a very successful week; and the new initiatives of online forms are paying dividends.

We hope that all of our patients had a peaceful and happy Easter. The Public Holiday saw us with a four-day week we still managed to perform well above normal expectations.

As we end Quarter One of this year we are pleased to report that our operation continues to evolve in a positive way and that we continue to process more patient requests than ever before.

Another challenging week where we were in the unenviable position of having a GP succumb to short notice illness on Thursday morning.
