Welcome to our Practice Website. We are an independent Primary Care Medical Practice, contracting to NHS Grampian to provide Primary Care to our c.12,500 patient list. We aim to provide an effective, efficient and fair health care service to all our patients by:

Clinical Triage – Managing on-the-day demand
We manage our on-the-day demand using a system of Clinical Triage which starts with the patient calling the Practice and providing information for the clinician to assess.
- A clinician will triage the initial request and allocate the appropriate resource
- A clinician will call you
- Follow-up treatment or appointments arranged
- Your consult starts with the initial submission
